Jo Pratt will demonstrate a selection of mouth-watering recipes whilst adding a wealth of time-saving hacks and flexible tips. You'll also learn how to customise your dishes to accommodate different dietary needs.

Jo Pratt is culinary director and class teacher at the school. She’s also a best selling cookbook author, food stylist and presenter. Jo creates inspirational recipes, all with achievable results for the home cook. She’s published numerous cookbooks with her latest series of ‘flexible’ cookbooks very much focusing on offering flexible and practical recipe solutions that fit around the demands and challenges of modern life including dietary requirements or lifestyle choices.
At the outset of her career, Jo gained a huge amount of knowledge, skill and expertise from many years of working alongside hugely talented restaurant chefs, including the late Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver and John Torode, working on their books, tv shows, advertising campaigns and live cookery demonstrations.
Nowadays when she’s not at Divertimenti Cookery School or writing books, you’ll often find her presenting recipes online, on TV, working with various food brands, on stage performing live cookery demonstrations and hosting cookery workshops.
